May 2011 AGM Finance Committee Report:
This was the Committee's first year of operation. We held three meetings and have examined all of the ideas brought forward so far. Issues worked on include: financial goals of the district, financial policies of the district, current budget, analysis of last year's ledger, amount of reserve fund, amount of the levy, planning training sessions and determination of information to be published for the enlightenment of the membership.
