2011-2012 applications!

 

The following rules apply for the 2011-2012 school year:

1. Eligible purchases are those made after July 1, 2011 and up to April 30, 2012.
2. Priority consideration will again be given to first time applicants and repeat applicants who have not applied in the last 4 years.
3. Teachers may request up to 50% of the purchase price, to a maximum of $500.
4. Forward original receipts to the District Office within 30 days of Application.
5. Rebates will be sent out before June 30, 2012.
